I am my brothers in the old room, and the soil must be repaired before a wood floor of my choice of which is sealed.
Since the house is so old advice on methods of implementation, and some have been undercut at both ends, and smoking on the wooden floor of the smell. How can I seal the floor and the smell of smoke, so I can put the new floor on any issue in the future?
