Rival Ice Cream And Yogurt Freezer What Are Some Good Smoothie Recipes?

What are some good smoothie recipes? - rival ice cream and yogurt freezer

Or something you just do Qucik, and in a blender in front of school or something. I am open to everything from fruit with yogurt ice cream with your coffee. Something rivals McDonald's iced coffee. I'm also on a health kick, so that everything, protein or fiber or anything else that I would be good also contains. But please, stay away from everything with cherries on it. And I love blueberries and grape juice. If anyone knows what can I do to be impressive.

Frozen fruits are a good as ice if you want to be cold and frost. Fresh fruit: you need to add ice

Blueberry yogurt (yogurt GO!)
Strawberries and orange juice
(basically, every mixture of fruit w / honey, milk / yogurt, vanilla sugar, salt, or a Lil Bit (bee pollen a strong taste, but it is) really healthy

Smoothies recommend the Google search.

I know this very pleasant recipe for a coconut and banana
It sounds disgusting, but it's doing remarkably well and not as repulsive as some other smoothies too.
This is quite different and exotic, and very pleasant

150 ml coconut milk
150 g natural yoghurt
a coconut grated low
a tablespoon of oatmeal
a banana, peeled and chopped
a tablespoon of honey
and 12 ice cubes or something.

Just dump in the blender and liquefy =]

Or, instead of bananas, 100 grams could use other fruits such as strawberries, raspberries or mango. Yummy.

Well, the best thing to do is experience. Try some of the things you love strawberries, blueberries, with some fibers secured. She adds that in addition to calories, no sugar (splenda or equal), and a little milk, yogurt or fruit juice! Find what you want. Cut a lot of fruit and mix with yogurt and milk and sugar and see what you want. Then the night before school, exactly what you prepare for the morning. Preparation and cut the fruit before hand and prepare everything and keep the volume control so you can easily do it.

We can not really say that the best things to try, to yourself:) Good luck.

Tip: Google "smoothie recipes" ... May you love them, were delicious:)
